Offense

QB Dustin Johnson, Fr., Salisbury
Johnson ran 24 times for 181 yards and a touchdown and was 3-for-5 passing for 41 yards and another score in a 30-13 win at Ferrum.

OL Jon Spragg, Jim Wallace, Seth Kerechanin, Justin Sloan, Dave Merriman, Wooster 
Wooster's offensive line cleared the way for the Scots' backup running back to go over 200 yards, the fifth 200-yard rushing performance of the season.

RB David Russell, Sr., Linfield
Russell ran the ball 56 times for 234 yards and four touchdowns in a 35-0 win against Whitworth.

RB Duane Miller, Jr., Menlo
Miller ran 35 times for 186 yards and had five catches for 26 in a 32-29 win against Pacific Lutheran.

WR Ryan Hoag, Sr., Gustavus Adolphus
Hoag had 13 catches for 175 yards and a touchdown as Gustavus beat St. Olaf 24-23. He finished with 310 all-purpose yards (12 rushing, 123 on returns).

WR Tyreak Saviour, So., Widener
Saviour had just five catches, but they went for 156 yards and four touchdowns in a 68-33 over Juniata.

WR Walter Hays, Jr., Howard Payne
Hays had nine catches for 74 yards and two touchdowns, while also returning a punt for 57 yards in a 49-10 win against Texas Lutheran.

Defense

DL Pat Ryan, Sr., Benedictine
Ryan had 10 tackles (six solo), five for loss and four sacks in a 27-13 loss to Lakeland. He also had a fumble return for 26 yards.

DL Travis Little, Jr., Ohio Wesleyan
Little, a 6-4, 200-pound defensive end, led the Battling Bishop defense with eight tackles, including 2½ for a loss. He recorded one sack and one pass breakup. He made a stop on fourth-and-10 to end Oberlin's last offensive drive and seal the 14-13 win for OWU.

DL John Panikiewsky, Jr., Moravian
Panikiewsky had five tackles, one sack and an interception as the Greyhounds improved to 7-2 with a 23-6 win against Susquehanna. His sack and interception came on back-to-back plays at the end of the first quarter and the start of the second quarter to end a Susquehanna drive.

DL Mike Condello, Sr., Brockport State
Condello had seven tackles (five solo), three for loss and two sacks in a 21-7 loss to New Jersey. He also broke up a pass.

LB Dustin Powell, Jr., UW-La Crosse
Powell recorded his first two career interceptions in UW-La Crosse’s 26-9 victory against UW-Eau Claire. His interception in the first quarter set up the Eagles at the Blugold 38-yard line and led to the first score of the game. With UW-La Crosse leading 14-9 midway through the fourth quarter, UW-Eau Claire drove to the Eagles’ 15-yard line before Powell intercepted a pass and returned it 90 yards for a TD to give UW-La Crosse a 20-9 lead. Powell also had four solo tackles and two pass break-ups in the game.

LB Rich Converse, Sr., St. John Fisher
Converse registered a game-high 11 tackles, including seven solo hits, and his third sack of the year as St. John Fisher stunned previously undefeated Hobart 17-14.

LB Nick Rice, Sr., Thomas More
Rice led the team with 12 tackles, nine solo, including 2½ for loss and a sack in a 24-0 shutout at Westminster (Pa.).

DB Drew Holman, Jr., Lake Forest
Holman had four solo tackles and a pair of interceptions in the Foresters' 17-0 win against St. Norbert, clinching them the automatic bid from the Midwest Conference. Both interceptions came in the fourth quarter, in Lake Forest territory.

DB Mike Horan, So., Bates
Horan had four tackles, all solo, intercepted two passes and had a tackle for loss in a 37-0 win against Hamilton.

DB B.J. Edwards, Jr., Manchester
Edwards helped the Spartans to their second consecutive conference win as they defeated Bluffton 18-6 on Saturday. Manchester held the Beavers’ strong rushing attack (191 yards per game) to just 96 yards. Edwards had 13 tackles, three pass deflections, and one interception on the afternoon.

DB Zach Vassar, Sr., McMurry
Vassar recorded eight tackles (six solo) in a 14-6 loss to crosstown rival Hardin-Simmons.

Special teams

K Matt Piccirilli, Sr., Alma
Piccirilli kicked field goals of 51 and 30 yards and was 3-for-3 on PATs in a 27-16 win against Adrian. The 51-yarder was the second-longest field goal in MIAA history.

P Scott Verhalen, East Texas Baptist
Verhalen punted four times for 180 yards, with a 45.0-yard average in a 23-22 loss to Mary Hardin-Baylor. He put three of the four inside the 20 and had a long of 57.

RET Blake Elliott, Jr., St. John's
Elliott returned a punt 78 yards for a touchdown after catching an 8-yard touchdown pass to rally the Johnnies from a 20-17 deficit to a 31-20 lead. He finished with six catches for 74 yards and three touchdowns.
