Offense

QB Brett Segala, Jr., Cortland

Segala completed 27 of 33 passes (82 percent) for 340 yards and four touchdowns with no interceptions in Cortland's 51-14 win vs. Morrisville State. He also rushed for a team-high 56 yards and a TD on nine carries. Segala was 18-of-24 passing for 252 yards and three scores in the first half alone as the Red Dragons built a 30-0 halftime lead. Segala completed TD passes of 58, 10, 33 and 7 yards, and he ran for a 4-yard score.

OL Caleb Riggleman, Patrick Taylor, Brendan Mulholland, Payton Henderson, Michael Sturgill, Marietta

Marietta amassed 544 yards of total offense in its 38-34 win at Heidelberg. The Pioneers lost a total of 3 yards rushing in the game. Marietta leads the OAC in rushing and total offense. Trailing 34-31, Marietta went on a 14-play scoring drive (including 10 running plays) that gave the Pioneers the lead 38-34 with 1:19 left in the game.

RB Jordan West
Jr., Washington & Jefferson

West went for 339 yards on 29 touches as he scored all six of the Presidents' touchdowns in W&J's 44-36 win over Case. He caught nine passes for 158 yards and four touchdowns, while also rushing 20 times for 181 yards and two TDs, including a school-record 98-yarder to seal the game. The 98-yard carry was the second-longest rush in PAC history.

RB Lamar Carswell
Sr., Trine

Carswell recorded his third consecutive game of 200 or more yards and scored a career-high five touchdowns in a 52-24 victory against Alma. He had TD runs of 15, 39, 43, 28 and 88 yards en route to 293 yards on 19 carries.

WR Manni Romero
So., Norwich

Romero caught ten passes for 272 yards and two touchdowns, breaking a 34-year-old Norwich single-game yards record set in 1984. His touchdown receptions were for 61 and 73 yards each in a 33-24 loss to Merchant Marine.

WR JT Parish
So., UW-Whitewater

Parish caught three passes for 197 yards and two TDs to help the Warhawks to a 20-0 win vs. UW-Oshkosh. He caught a deep pass from Cole Wilber for an 82-yard TD to give UWW a 10-0 lead. Parish made a 39-yard catch later in the quarter to set up a field goal. On UWW's first drive of the third quarter, he caught a deep pass from Wilber for a 76-yard TD.

TE Cole Spieker
Jr., UW-La Crosse

Spieker caught four passes for 135 yards (33.8 average), including a 39-yard touchdown pass in the fourth quarter, in UW-La Crosse's 29-23 overtime win at UW-Stout. All four of his catches resulted in first downs.

Defense

DE Kyle Gallagher
So., Marietta

Gallagher had sacks on back to back plays to force Heidelberg into a long field goal attempt, which was no good. Marietta went on its final scoring drive to win the game. Gallagher had 10 tackles, eight solo, three for loss and two and a half sacks.

DT Reggie Norwood
So., Birmingham-Southern

Norwood finished with five tackles, all solo, and a sack. He earned two tackles of a loss of eight yards, forced a fumble and had two quarterback hurries in a 57-41 win vs. Hendrix.

DT Bryson Lamboy
Sr., Berry

Lamboy led the Berry defense with five total tackles, three sacks, four tackles for a loss, a forced fumble and a batted pass in just three quarters of play. Berry rolled over Sewanee 44-3. His strip-sack came on Sewanee's first possession.

DE Ryan Flathers
Jr., UW-La Crosse

Flathers recorded six tackles, three sacks and two forced fumbles in UWL's 29-23 overtime win at UW-Stout. Flathers' second forced fumble on his third sack of the game was recovered by UWL's Rusty Murphy in overtime, who returned it 67 yards for the game-winning touchdown.

 

LB Lawrence Jenkins
So., Brockport

In addition to five solo tackles, Jenkins added an impressive three tackle for a loss of 26 yards. Jenkins also picked up two sacks for a loss of 20 yards. He played a big role in a dominant Brockport defensive unit that held Hatwick to negative-37 rushing yards.

LB Jake Coon
Sr., Washington U.

Coon led the Bears with 11 tackles, seven solo. He had two and a half tackles for loss and an interception, as WashU limited Elmhurst to 234 yards of total offense (117 rushing, 117 passing) in the victory.

LB Scottie Bobeck
Jr., Benedictine

Bobeck accounted for three of six turnovers by the Benedictine defense in a win over Rockford, the first win of the season. He recorded two interceptions and a fumble recovery. Second interception was one of two in the fourth quarter with Benedictine leading by a touchdown that helped seal the 27-20 win.

 

CB Zackary Teats
Jr., Puget Sound

The Loggers had been down 20-0, but Teats' 36-yard interception return for a TD gave Puget Sound its first lead of the game, 21-20. He had a second interception in the game, and made five tackles.

S Lane Barnes
Jr., Ripon

Barnes recorded a career-high 15 tackles, including one for a loss in a 30-17 defeat by St. Norbert. He also blocked a punt late in the game, giving Ripon the ball on St. Norbert's 9-yard line.

S James Bell
So., Texas Lutheran

Bell returned an interception 55 yards for a touchdown early in the first quarter and had a 50-yard pick in the final minute to preserve a 41-36 victory at Louisiana College. Bell tallied 105 yards in interception returns, and he added four solo tackles, including one for a loss of 8 yards.

CB Cade Moffatt
So., Claremont-Mudd-Scripps

Two of his pass breakups forced field goal attempts, which Cal Lutheran missed. After the second miss, Claremont ran out the final 9:29 to end a 17-10 win. Moffatt had seven tackles, all solo, and three pass breakups.

Special teams

K Zack DeWitt, Sr.
Illinois College

Zack DeWitt accounted for 17 points in Illinois College's 47-10 win at Cornell. He was 5-for-5 on extra points and 4-for-4 on field goals, hitting from 23, 24, 45 and 46 yards.

P Anthony Louthan, Sr.
Pacific Lutheran

Louthan averaged 42.5 yards on 11 punts. Three landed inside the 20 and two were longer than 50, including a career long 70-yarder. He also ran 31 yards on a fake punt to set up the Lutes' first TD in the win over Pacific.

RET Marcus Winters, Sr.
Trine

Winters had a 63-yard punt return for a touchdown in Trine's win against Alma, his third career punt return for a TD. His other punt return was for 35 yards, giving him a 49-yard average on two returns.

ST Dylan Peterson, Jr.
UW-Stout

Peterson had two blocks, a field goal and an extra point attempt, in a 29-26 OT loss to UW-La Crosse. With La Crosse up 7-0, Peterson blocked an attempted field goal in the second quarter, then blocked the extra point when the Eagles led 23-9 in the fourth.
