On the Hawks opening drive of the third quarter, Husson cornerback Rick Orio (Stoneham, Mass.) intercepted Dylan McGuire (Somers, N.Y.) and returned it 39 yards to pay-dirt, putting the Eagles in front 34-0.

Husson scored their final touchdown of the game with 12:05 remain in regulation when Joe Seccareccia found Josiah Hartley (Bangor, Maine) near the right pylon for a three yard strike.

Becker finally got on the board with 3:11 left on the clock when Matthew Romasco (Port St.Lucie, Fla.) took a hand-off up the middle for a five yard touchdown. Freshman quarterback Nasir Sinkfield-Shelton (New Rochelle, N.Y.) gave the Hawks their final points of the game when he rushed around the left edge for a touchdown as time expired.
